Announcement Regarding the Present Status of Introduction for Facilities Generating Renewable Energy
METI, Japan: The Agency for Natural Resources and Energy (ANRE) compiled the present status of introduction for facilities generating renewable energy as of December 31, 2012, and hereby announces the results. The total combined capacity of such facilities from April to December, 2012, reached 1,178,000 kW. The total combined capacity of such facilities between April 1 and December 31, 2012, reached 1,178,000 kW, among which photovoltaic power facilities accounted for 1,119,000 kW.
