MOEJ, Japan: A revision of the Basic Policy concerning the Promotion of Contracts considering Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases and other Gases by the State and Other Entities, which is based on the law concerning the Promotion of Contracts considering Reduction of Emissions of Greenhouse Gases and others Gases by the State and Other Entities (Green Contract Law), was adopted by the Cabinet on February 5th, 2013. The main content of the revision is adding contracts of industrial waste management as new types of green contracts which are considered by the State and Other Entities should be concluded.
