Vietnam low carbon society study workshop
Low Carbon Society Study Workshop and its training was held in Hanoi, Viet Nam on 31th May 2012. The workshop was consisted of three themes; 1) new LCS scenario proposal in Vietnam; 2) introduction about the Low Carbon Research Network in Asia (LoCARNet); and 3) current policy in Vietnam concerning climate change and green growth. This workshop was organized by Institute of Strategy and Policy on Natural Resources and Environment (ISPONRE), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), National Institute of Environmental Studies (NIES), Kyoto University and Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES).
